Healing Prayers

These are powerful prayers/poems that can help us open our hearts and minds in times of suffering, and invite peace and healing to guide us through difficult times. Prayers help to quiet and focus the agitated mind. By silencing inner noise, prayers bring us into the presence of moment. They are a warming invitation to practice the virtues of acceptance and compassion, of love and action.

There are moments when wellness escapes us,
moments when pain and suffering
are not dim possibilities
but all too agonizing realities.
At such moments we must open ourselves to healing.

Much we can do for ourselves;
and what we can do
we must do-

healing,
no less than illness,
is participatory.

But even when we do all we can do
there is
often ,
still much left to be done.
And so we turn as well to our healers
seeking their skill to aid in our struggle for wellness.

But even when they do all they can do

often,
still much left to be done.
And so we turn to Life,
to the vast Power of Being that animates the universe
as the ocean animates the wave,
seeking to let go of that which blocks our healing.

May those
whose lives are gripped in the palm of suffering
open
even now
to the Wonder of Life.
May they let go of the hurt
and Meet the True Self beyond pain,
the Uncarved Block
that is our joyous Unity with Holiness.

May they discover through pain and torment
the strength to live with grace and humor.
May they discover through doubt and anguish
the strength to live with dignity and holiness.
May they discover through suffering and fear
the strength to move toward healing.

About me

shamama therapyMy name is Weronika and I am an Aromatherapist, Ayurvedic Practitioner and Skincare Formulator.

My decision to become an aromatherapist was as a result of being drawn to the gentle, holistic and non invasive approach of aromatherapy. An approach in treating the whole person and the underlying causes of disease rather than suppressing its symptoms.

Aromatherapy Massage

My work involves looking beyond the physical aspects of a person where manifested illnesses are most apparent. It is about restoring physical, emotional and mental balance with therapeutic essential oils – “those which will compensate for his deficiencies, and those which will make his faculties blossom.” I use holistic techniques to help clients maintain a healthy life, eliminate impurities, reduce stress, and fight disease.

I not only help my clients to get better, but also take control over their health. It is a wonderful, fulfilling moment when I witness that Aromatherapy changed not only my life, but their too.

Essential oils, herbs and careful attention to diet and lifestyle form the integral approach of Shamama Therapy.

I originally created Shamama Therapy skin care products purely for myself and my family. The idea was to use the highest quality plant-based and sustainable ingredients and rely on their active properties to deliver optimum skincare during and after use. With that in mind, my professional commitment to quality skin care started and continues until today.

When you fall in love with essential oils, it’s for many reasons. They can heal the mind/body/spirit. They are beautiful and magical. Aromatherapy has the amazing ability to comfort, reinvigorate, transform us and change our lives.

During Aromatherapy Workshops I invite you to magical and mysterious world of Aromatherapy and uncover the secrets of essential oils, carriers oils, and hydrosols. You are transported to a garden of beautiful flowers, healing plants and ancient trees. They all have a story to tell and lessons to teach you.

What is Aromatherapy?

From the beginning we have been surrounded by the presence of plants. Plants, animals and people have coevolved over a long period of time. Their relationship reflect matualistic interdependencies that cannot be viewed in isolation from one another.

Aromatherapy is an ancient art of natural healing using pure essences extracted from aromatic plants, and flowers and applying them through massage to the body. This holistic therapy enhances the body’s own healing ability and inspires the body, mind and spirit to achieve a perfect balance.

The inhaled aroma from these essential oils is widely believed to stimulate brain function. Essential oils can also be absorbed through the skin, where they travel through the bloodstream and can promote whole-body healing.

Benefits of aromatherapy and massage

Aromatherapy can help people in many ways. It is a natural way to improve your health and calm your mind. Aromatherapy can:

  •  Enhance mood and general feeling of well-being.
  •  Improve blood and lymphatic circulation.
